How do I use uSuite Survey?
There is no software to install - you use access and use uSuite Survey online using your browser.
To use uSuite Survey you need to create a uSuite account. It's free, there's no obligation and you can do it from this website right now. Once you have created your account you can set up your survey using the easy-to-follow wizards.

How long does it take to create a survey?
A simple survey will take about 10 minutes to create. Follow the wizard to create your survey. No coding or training is necessary.

Once I have created it how do I get people to fill it in?
You can email the survey to your respondents, add the survey to your website, telephone people and fill it in while they are on the phone or print the survey, complete them on paper and enter the details into uSuite Survey later.
uSuite Survey has a deployment wizard which makes it easy to distribute your survey.

Can I try it out for free?
Of course. Once you create your survey you can preview it to test it out. You only need to activate your survey when you are ready to distribute it.

How do I report on my survey?
uSuite Survey has powerful filtering, analysis and reporting functionality. You can run reports directly from within uSuite Survey anytime and in real-time. In addition to this, you can download the data in a number of file formats for increased reporting flexibility. These files can be read by a number of applications including Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.

Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask on a given survey?
No. A survey can have as many pages and questions as you like. We do, however, recommend you keep the number of questions to a minimum to ensure respondents are more likely to complete the survey.

Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can distribute my survey to?
No, you can send your survey to an unlimited number of contacts. In addition, you don't have to pay for all the responses you receive, only those you choose to view.

Is there a lot of knowledge required to build effective surveys?
There are guidelines which we recommend you follow, but surveys can be as simple or as complex as you want. If you have more complex or demanding requirements you may wish to talk to the uSuite team.

No, uSuite offers single sign-on. A single uSuite login gives you access to all of the uSuite products, including uSuite Mail, uSuite Event, uSuite Refer and uSuite LiveChat.
