How does uSuite Mail work?
There is no software to install - you use uSuite Mail online using your browser.
Once you are logged in you can upload your contacts to create a mailing list. Then you simply enter the email content and use the easy-to-follow wizards to send your targeted email messages.
As soon as the email message has been sent you can get immediate access to statistics such as who has read the email message, the links that have been clicked and who has chosen to opt out of receiving future email messages.
Once your list has been created you can optionally take advantage of some of the more advanced features such as adding a subscribe form to your website, importing more contacts or setting up automated communications.

What can uSuite Mail do for my business?
uSuite Mail will reduce your administrative overhead; you won't need to remember to unsubscribe people or to take people off the list if email messages are bouncing. You can also allow people to register themselves into your mailing list from your website and allow people to update their details with no intervention on your part.

Your data is legally owned by you and no other organisation or user ever has access to it.

Yes. uSuite Mail has intuitive wizards that are designed to work just like Windows. It has been designed specifically to be easy to learn and use and is one of the few online solutions that can be

I use other uSuite products - do I need to create another account?
No, uSuite offers single sign-on. A single uSuite login gives you access to all of the uSuite products, including uSuite Mail, uSuite Event and uSuite Refer.

I have multiple lists of contacts - suppliers, clients and staff. Will uSuite Mail support this?
Yes. You can create as many mailing lists in uSuite Mail as you need to. Alternatively, you can create a single contacts list and filter it by specific fields for targeted email campaigns.

What reporting does uSuite Mail provide?
With uSuite Mail you can real-time access to the status of a mailout including the number that were delivered, bounced or marked as Gone No Address. You can see which links were clicked within an email and who has unsubscribed.
uSuite Mail allows you to drill down and look at the interactions at any individual level such as whether a specific contact read an email and which links they clicked.

Can we connect our CRM system to uSuite Mail?
Yes. If you have a database or CRM system uSuite Mail can be configured to connect directly using the uSuite CRM connector. Data from your CRM system flows automatically between uSuite Mail and your database.

Is there a limit to the number of fields?
No. uSuite Mail allows you to have as many fields in your list as you need. The advanced features of uSuite Mail allow you to set data types, default values and whether fields are mandatory.

Will uSuite Mail manage large volumes?
uSuite Mail has been used for some of the highest volume email campaigns in New Zealand, including Air NZ Virtual NPC and Telecom Super 12. uSuite Mail is designed from the ground up to support large volume campaigns.
