The Challenge
Prior to using uSuite surveying clients was a time consuming process involving printing and mailing of questionnaires, and following up non-respondents. Data entry had to be performed, and only then could results be analysed.
Haines were also being asked to provide survey, email marketing and other recruitment advertising services in order to provide ‘whole product’ to their clients.
Haines realised they needed a professional and reliable yet easy to use online software solution that incorporated online surveys, email marketing and other marketing components through a single interface.
The Solution
Using uSuite Survey, the process has been greatly simplified. Haines sends out online surveys, eliminating time to print surveys, postage costs and data entry. Haines receives results much more quickly, and graphs of results are immediately available by logging in to the uSuite Survey reports. Using uSuite Survey has allowed Haines to perform more regular client satisfaction surveys.
One of the key features that attracted Haines to uSuite Survey is the ability to fully brand surveys and emails to match their corporate brand. This is an important feature for Haines, being a communications agency.
Haines also make use of uSuite LiveChat within their client Extranet tool haineslink.co.nz. This allows them to respond to client queries in real-time and without the client needing to make a phone call or send an email.
uSuite has required minimum support from Haines’ IT team. There is no installation required, and all staff who use uSuite have found the products easy to understand and use meaning internal support is minimised.
As well as using uSuite internally, Haines is also starting to develop solutions based on uSuite for clients. Haines has found uSuite provides simple and cost-effective solutions to their business problems.
The Outcome
Haines are able to run regular customer satisfaction surveys and benchmark these over time to improve their business
Haines can access the uSuite Unified Online Marketing products with a single username and password and without installing software.
Haines are now able to offer additional services to their clients – and still manage these and the security with a single login.
uSuite is now an integral part of Haines’ marketing.
